After 11 years at Primary Talent International, music agent Craig D’Souza will join WME as a partner based in the U.K., effective immediately. The hire was announced by WME music co-heads Lucy Dickins, Kirk Sommer and Scott Clayton.
D’Souza began his career at nightclub agency Mission Control, where he was promoted to managing director in 2007. In that role, he oversaw the growth of the business into the live touring market before departing for Primary Talent in the summer of 2010.
Since 2015, D’Souza has worked with British rapper Stormzy, whom he helped elevate from 250-capacity clubs through to the rapper’s 2019 Glastonbury headlining performance and sold-out world tour.
D’Souza’s current roster, all of which will be accompanying him to WME, includes Aitch, Arrdee, Dave, D-Block Europe, Fredo, Headie One, Jacob Banks, J Hus, Joy Crookes, Krept x Konan, Mist, MoStack and Young T & Bugsey.
