When Bad Bunny unveiled dates for his 2022 El Último Tour del Mundo back in April, fans were quick to notice that a Puerto Rico show was not in the plans. Until now.
In true Bad Bunny fashion, the Latin superstar surprised fans with the announcement of an upcoming concert in his native Puerto Rico set for Dec. 10, 2021.
Named after his Arcangel and Kendo Kaponi-assisted trap song “P FKN R,” the one-time show is how Bad Bunny plans to close off the year and prepare for his highly awaited 2022 tour across North America.
Produced by Noah Assad Presents and Move Concerts, the concert will take place at the emblematic baseball stadium Estadio Hiram Bithorn in San Juan, where renowned acts such as Bon Jovi, Rihanna, Shakira, Whitney Houston, and many others have performed.
Following safety measurements due to the current global pandemic, organizers will require that all concert attendees show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an official Vacu-Id provided by CESCO Digital. Tickets for his “P FKN R” concert go on sale at 10 a.m. local time on Friday, Aug. 20, via ticketera.com.
Bad Bunny, who’s a 22-time finalist at the 2021 Billboard Latin Music Awards, will later kick-off El Último Tour del Mundo on Feb. 9, 2022, in Denver’s Ball Arena before wrapping up with three back-to-back concerts in Miami’s FTX Arena (formerly AmericanAirlines Arena) in April.
